The sole board of the church, the MLT’s role is to govern through effective policies, being good stewards of finances, talents, & accountability for the Lead Pastor as we pursue God’s vision for our community together.

Jen Bell (Chair)

I was born and raised in Texas, where I began my career in music education and worship ministry before sensing God’s call into full-time pastoral ministry. I graduated with a Th.M. from Dallas Theological Seminary and have had the privilege of serving churches in Texas, South Carolina, and now here in Massachusetts.

Much of what drives me in ministry comes from a deep love for seeing people grow. I believe God uses Scripture (and those around us) to help us see ourselves clearly, the Holy Spirit to transform what we find, and the church to give us a community in which that growth can actually take place. My hope is to help people engage Scripture deeply, live honestly, and become more fully the people God has empowered them to be.

My wife, Bekah, and I have been married for more than 23 years, and we have four amazing kids. When I’m not at church, I’m usually happiest outside, whether that means a beach, a trail, a motorcycle ride, or spending the day smoking Texas barbecue.
